A lot of the time I really don't know how I feel. It's weird.

I hate open questions. Also "how you feel" is pretty complicated really. Even if there's one overwhelming feeling you could describe out of the dictionary, there are usually other feelings involved in it. If I really had to describe how I feel at any given moment, it'd go on and on. I'm fucking sick of talkign to therapists etc. My OCD therapist was brilliant, but in general they are so tiring.

And I've been feeling pretty fucking pissed off today and yesterday tbh

Seeing a friend tomorrow though so hopefully that will take my mind of things and cheer me up a bit

also thinking about going down to Birmingham soon to see someone else, which would be great

Wondering how your appointment in Leeds (was it?) went. If you are pissed off, then probably not that good. Are they making you wait even more time for things? Sorry if you have written about this elsewhere.

I have a psych appointment next Tuesday. I fear that I am going to be dismissed for what may seem a small thing but is actually a big deal to me and has been really hard to handle since I came off the haloperidol. Tics are getting worse as well. The whole thing is frustrating.

Flu symptoms still there, all of them, apart from fever.

Kind of wishing for fever, if that would make me get past this all quicker. Getting bored with the flu, the dizzy-spells and being tired.

You just had to spread it around didn't you?  Well, have a sip of my tea that Lady Weeble has fixed.

Yes, tea is good for many ailments and sometimes it just tastes good!  :tea:

I have an idea how you feel ren. Not the tics or withdrawal, but the frustration and stuff with psychs.

Long story about the appointment - I wrote about it a bit in reply to hyke on my facebook, although it was more of a rant lol

But yeh, short story is that I have to wait more. Which I knew really, but was hoping that I wouldn't. That was unrealistic though. One word pretty much sums up the last few (and probably next few) months for me; FUCKING FRUSTRATION (ok two words)

good luck with your applointment btw. just do your best to get it across, and if u have to then keep coming back to it if she doesn't get that it'sa  big issue

Ah, ok. I will have a look on Facebook. :P

And yeah, frustration. It was bad enough when I went to the psych about the tics first time because I described them (hard to describe) and that wasn't enough so I showed him some of them and he was like, "Oh yes, now I see that is a problem." :D Felt very self conscious, I mean they are really pointless movements. Thankful I don't have vocal tics.

But anyway, the haloperidol was doing more than I thought it was, not just with tics but with thoughts and other behaviour. I only realised when I stopped taking it. But I did that because the side effects were intolerable, one of which was gaining about 8kgs. Which is bad for someone as small as me. So hoping I can go on another med similar or something. Guess I will see.

Not going to go into detail as it was rather personal, but basically I was tortured.

Are you feeling helpless in some IRL situation?
