It's been a "free" Monday on which I had planned quite a bit. But have been treading carefully all day, because of a sick/overwhelmed teen. Achieved almost nothing of what I wanted to achieve today. (Forms and clearing)

Very few people present at the gym. So, rowed twice. Helped.

First time it did not go really smooth, so I stopped after 5 minutes. Second time I came close to my personal record.
And I do feel more physically at ease now.

Waiting for a happy, buzzy, warm feeling.  I've been very erratic in taking my morning pills, thus missing 1/2 of my joint medicines.  Took 2 hydrocodone pills and may take another one in a bit.
