Right now, just fucking exhausted after ten hours at work. Started at six AM and went to whole way with no lunch.

I have found that listening to people loudly belilttle other people on tv is a huge trigger for me. I get an actual headache from it and it makes me want to throttle them. :laugh:

It's getting to be a trigger with me.  I find that as I grow older I'm more aware of how much autism/Aspergers affects my life.
