The little ones in your hands and feet? Or all joints?
I am sharing your pain, alas. 
Knees and elbows are getting better though.
Still not trusting my bowels. 
Especially the smaller ones, but also some selected larger ones. I feel privileged.
The selected larger ones, is that psoriasis too?
Talked to someone who had had psoriasis in the joints of his hands. When he went to the specialist, the specialist told him that for some people the affliction would disappear from the hands, after three years. For others it would be there forever. So the man answered he would be one of those having it for three years only. (for him, as a dentist, it was extra inconvenient to have) And indeed, after three years, it was gone. Then it started in his feet.
