Feeling better. My dreading has gone to the background. Will emerge again. Will try not to let it get a hold on me. But for now, it is tucked away.

I was thinking of you the past fews days...I've been sitting outside, looking at the sky, feeling the elements on my skin (sunlight, or wind)...taking in the moment. It has helped.

I can feel myself going overboard...I am heading down a path, and when the path is clear to me I always start running down it too fast...then I crash and realise I am lost. I feel it happening...trying to stay grounded...to take my time.
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Been thinking of you too. Similar reasons. Knew something was bugging me in such a way that I barely could take in the moment, because I was keeping my panic under control all the time.
Past that now, for now. So, back to taking care of me in taking in the moment.

Damn cold, it has went from not being able to talk (SO enjoyed two whole days of peace :asthing:), to a stuffy head and an itchy, burning eye.

I always get the eye thing, it's annoying.

Another technique that works for me, is being incredibly silly about whatever I am feeling or whatever could cause me to panic. Just taking it all the way to a ridiculously catastrophic conclusion, and making jokes all along....funny metaphors, and such things. Or I might dramatically act out exasperation, such as being stabbed and falling to the ground and calling out to my bertayer, "Whyyyyyyy! Padre whyyyyyyy!" or something funny. gets the energy out. :P

A bit worried.

I feel like an idiot. Went specifically to the shops to get toilet paper and minced meat. Forgot the meat.

Yes, I know that one. Helps. Can get really funny. One of my kids reacts good on that one too. But I could not use it last week. I was like a rabbit in the headlights, pretending not to be that rabbit.
Bit draining, actually. :P

Took me four days to finally bring detergent for the dishes from the shop. I bought it yesterday. Thank goodness that I did not forget, shops are closed and I had not enough left to do anything more than a tiny load of dishes.

About in the same state but with pink eye.  :zombiefuck:

Ran out and got some eye drops I used to use when the kid would end up with it and pass it on, tea bags just weren't cutting it, they changed the name which explains now why I haven't been able to find them, but they are still awesome, my eyes look and feel 100% better already. :asthing:

Better. Vaguely worried.

What's up?

I think my subconscious is working against me. I'm having fun at work so my subconscious is coming up with ways to punish me.

My sympathies. I know what that is like.
