Physically tired (as is evident with the white noise in my ears), but very content and slightly spring-feverish.
You get noises too?
How does the bridge of your nose feel?
Yeah...I didn't used to, but now I get it all the time...white noise drowning out sound and at the same time sound sensitivity.... odd combination. I think its actually the onset of an acephalgic migraine because if I don't rest or what-not, I get visual auras and the sensitivity becomes painful.
The bridge of my nose feels...like a bridge lol. It feels fine to me. I don't wear my glasses though...
Pressure on my ears, and white noise, or other sound effects go together with pressure on the bridge of my nose. Happens when I'm tired and comes rapidly when heading towards getting overwhelmed. Can't change it. So, now see it as a warning sign from my body, telling me I am tired. (I often do not realise in time that I am, now I have a physical signal)
Well, now that I am farther along the stages of migraine onset I can give a different reply-- I do get a feeling of pressure in between and behind my eyes...as if something is pressing against my face from the inside. Cool, we share symptoms lol....It definitely signals a rest time for me- and by "rest" I mean mental rest, even if I don't physically sleep. No reading news, no thinking too much, no studying....just thinking as little as possible...perhaps listening to one song on repeat. Otherwise I can slip into fragmented thinking and get confused about my own ideas easily.
