Confused. I wrote to My Answers on the uni website asking for advice about an alternative to 4th Year Placement (which involves a LOT of socialising, I looked in depth at what should be done before and after, eek). They wrote back saying that I should email the academic chair (why do they call a person a chair?) so I did that and her reply was very kind. She said the best option for me would be an Independent Study Contract which means that I choose my topic and have to find a staff member at the uni to supervise me. I have chosen my topic (ADHD and internet/gaming addiction) but have been advised to wait until mid-January to write to potential supervisors. Their profiles are all in the psychology part of the uni website and the academic chair recommended a few by name so hopefully this won't be too hard.

If I am successful at all this and pass, I will be graduating mid-2015.

Same old...

A lot of pain: back, neck, knee, shoulder, arm, head, and gut. Only two pills left, so gotta use them when I REALLY need them. I'm alive though, so that's something. Glad the holidays are over, having met with my dad today. I think 2015 is going to suck, but what do I know?
