The eye hurts, stings and itches, all at the same time. :GA:

Poor eye.      When is your next doctor visit?

Monday morning. I'm sure it's fine--I think it was like this the last time around, too, once it started healing properly.

I  have heard that itching is part of the healing process.  :viking:

Yes, I've heard it said, too.

^ Wish not to give bad advice here (of course not) but couldn't carefully splashing (via clean hand formed in a sort of bowl) with fresh out of tap and cold water help you a little bit recuperate the eye?

Dunno.. but it tends to help me with (less severe, that is, yes) eye troubles. Perhaps it could help against the swelling also. Maybe you could ask your doctor if that's a helping treatment, doing that at times. Dunno..

I felt a bit 'roller-coasted' earlier but now I'm feeling, apart from the aching back again, not that bad.

Don't let MLAnus read that odeon, or he might start cyber-stalking you, accusing you of being a junky piece of sewage like whoever of his family it is who made MLAnus so bitter. Seriously, he will follow you into the most irrelevant threads, like a poor little mentally subnormal puppy that can't doesn't realize Master doesn't give a shit about it's yapping:autism:

How am I feeling right now? sleepy still. The doc increased my meds and I'm still getting used to the larger dose.

Feeling grateful that the godsawful flareup of my leg problem seems to have been battered into a tolerable level of submission at least. Even started taking paracetamol, which  I usually avoid as if it were the black plague.

On the downside though, something has caused a load of oedema in my feet. and they are horrendously  swollen. Not sure why, but the skin over my feet is drawn really tight, hurts to put weight on them, or worse, bend them.  I've started applying a hydrocortisone.for a while,

Not sure if its working for that yet, as I only started the cortef earlier today.

Swelling in the feet sounds bad, have you had that before?  :-\

I haven't CBC. Came on pretty quickly over today. I was fine, went to sleep, and on waking, found that both feet and ankles are awfully sore and swollen. I'll see my doc about it when next I go in.

It's stopped hurting when I walk and I can even run a little bit now, but I still have a low aching pain in my intercostal and lateral muscles, and it hurts a little every time I breathe.

Cold water flushing of the eye helps to restrict the blood vessels.

Nah. He's OK. Don't know why you two have this low-intensity row going on but I'm staying out of it. I like you both.
