i havent had a headache this bad in .... ever. i dont think i EVER had a headache this bad. the sound of my own typing is maddening.

I'm in an okay state meself. Making and eating dinner chanced my mood for the better. Felt quite meh-ish before supper.

hav u got anything cool u can put on ur forhead? i have mr men cooling gel patches for the really bad headaches. i think theyr for kids tho lol. i dont think theyre meant to get rid of it, but they def make the pain more bearable so u can try and sleep. maybe a wet towel would work.

i dont hav a headache but i cant get to sleep

yes i think it might have been my blood sugar. it was 190 :S :S :S not good

it's like 12 hours later, and it's like half-better. i can stand the sound of my typing again. my blood sugar is normal again, so i dunno if that helped

Earlier today I had the highest high I've ever had. (no I'm not talking about drugs)

I'm clearly in the midst of some sort of manic/hypomanic episode, and it's FUCKING AWESOME.
