Mentally quite good, but the extra caffeine I took today has given me pretty bad muscle cramps, especially in my legs. It's actually kind of fortunate, since when I looked up the association between caffeine and cramping, I found some interesting stuff about it affecting calcium signalling in muscle cells, and it ties in with other lines of evidence I have that calcium is at the heart of my muscle disorder. I also came across some information suggesting that taurine supplementation could be helpful in my case, and gave me some clues as to why magnesium supplementation affects me the way it does.
