Getting out the vacuum stopcock, ductwork parts and the condenser for my new two-liter rotavap, the specialized pear-shaped round bottomed flask that serves as a still flask (flasks for rotary evaporators are specially balanced so they can be rapidly spun round in the heating bath) along with the receiver flask and a funky looking glass sphere with 4 outlets and one of them penetrating fully half way into the spheres internal space. I've not got to that part yet, I think but due to the single internal projection I believe it has most likely some part at least of its role as bump-trap.
