At the moment I'm making a proper* chicken broth (again). 'Jewish' penicillin some folks call it and I reckon there's some truth in that.

*with lots of veggies and herbs.. like leek, onion, carrot, celery, clove of garlic, some tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, etc., etc....
