I am using a giant gas powered  vacuum at to suck insulation out of an attic and into the trailer well the hose going to the trailer came off,  it looked like it snowed :GA:

I sneezed yesterday (yes sneezes with me are little affairs) and hurt my rib. WTF? That never happened. Now constant low low background pain but any getting up from laying down or sitting is painful and if or when I sneeze, holy shit.
No idea what I have done but I think I will wait til I sneeze at work before getting it checked ;)
