I got a bunch of cuts on my hands and arms at work that I didn't notice at the time but they bother me now that I have seen them

Years ago I partially cut the tigament/lendon (never could keep the 2 straight, so I combined them) in my right index finger.  Now it's beginning to ache.  I don't need that problem now.  Just my luck that it will start tearing and I'll have to have it fixed.

Yes, I was. 

There's an interesting story about beef melts (beef melt is the steer's spleen).  A national beef packer noticed that each spring there was a demand for beef melts in southern Louisiana.  They decided to take advantage of the demand and decided to raise the price.  It was then that the wholesalers told them that beef melts are used in nets to catch crawfish (crayfish, crawdads, mudbugs, etc.) in the swamps.  So, no esoteric ethnic specialty, no price increase.

My town of 50,000 people has no emergency mental health service anymore. They've completely closed the ward at the hospital.

Not that I've ever utilised such service but this just stinks :thumbdn:

My arms look like shit today. :P

Had to have bloodwork yesterday and she couldn't find a vein. After quite a few failed attempts she finally says..."where do you usually have blood taken?"...."you need to GO THERE, I will write a referral."  :LOL:

When I had my eye surgery in November, they had trouble with finding my veins. I ended up having needle marks everywhere and I thanked the gods for it being winter cos everyone would think I was a drug addict.
