The recycle and the yard debris men didn't come and get our recycling and yard debris last Friday and all they got were the glass. I hope they come tomorrow and get it this time or else I am complaining. I hope it was just the holiday that made them not come and do it or we just took it out too late because we forgot to bring it out on Thursday night for early in the morning. Well I am bringing it out to the curb tonight when I get home from work, including the trash.

Was that crappy this morning that I called in sick to work. I love my work, it gives me peace of mind, and helps me to not worry or fret while I am there.

Owww fuck. My hip is absolutely killing right now, just had to walk to the local tram stop, go into town to visit the bank, ended up so bad that I got some OTC codeine cough mixture while out, and even that hasn't been much help. Awful tasting stuff, hard to force down. Just about enough for me to manage the walk back home from the tram.

Fuck..I'm going to sleep.

If you have GI reflux issues, try asking your doc for a course of a proton pump inhibitor. Pantoprazole has been the best out of the three I've tried, pantioprazole, omeprazole and lansoprazoke,

OTC antacids are all much the same really, at least the basic, acid-neutralizing ones are. PPIs synergize well with gaviscon and the like.
