The courier's lorry got held up by congestion and didn't make it to the local depot in time for my amphibians to be sent out to me today, so they can't make the delivery until Monday now.  I'm going to have to go to the depot myself tomorrow morning to pick it up.

Was going to make a French Strata for lunch and just as i finished making it I remembered that it has to sit in the fridge for 4+ hours before cooking. This was 30 mins before lunchtime.  :facepalm2:
