I trash picked two nice systems suffering from nothing but this around that time.
You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.
Could be overheating if you're performing intensive operations on it, there's two particular ones I got on one of my laptops that basically says unknown hardware error or "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION". Figured that I'd "disable" turbo boosting by setting the maximum processor percentage to 99% in power settings, and never got that hardware related BSOD again for months. Turns out when I conducted tests, the CPU was reaching above 90C in extreme cases and the tweak saw it never go above 80C.Here's a useful tool that allows temperature monitoring and stats:http://www.piriform.com/speccyWon't exactly help find problems, but it provides a lot of system information.
