If my brother smashes up the house one more time, I swear I will call the police on the little POS.
He is not reacting to mental issues; he is throwing tantrums and trying to intimidate people into having everything exactly his way.

Neighbours celebrating a birthday (I think) and that's okay of course but due to the nice weather the group of socials is sitting and drinking outside in their garden. Fine.. but the volume of talking and laughing aloud, due to the alcohol, increased over the course of the afternoon.. and that's causing me to post this.
