LOL. Im actually really good friends with a guy that works at a call center in India. They actually make fun of themselves over there, and understand they are annoying - it is just good money. They laugh at us as much as we laugh at them. He is a member of I2. I dragged him kicking and screaming here but didnt post much.

Negative about living in this townhouse is that I can't play my music too loud. I don't really know how soundproof the dividing walls are. I know I never hear next door's TV or phone ringing :dunno:

Just a quick bitch about people in lectures. Had this one person come in late who sat next to me. They were eating an apple and when they were finished with that, they had biscuits! The sound got to me, the smell got to me...

And the chairs in that particular lecture theatre are too close together imo.

Why did Serena the drama queen only get fined $2,000 for her attention whoring bullshit at the US Open?

She made a right fucking fool of herself and I'm rapt Stosur kicked her arse in straight sets.

Personally I think it's about time the umpires and officials stood up to these primadonnas and put them back in their place.

They actually subbed what the drama queen was saying to the umpire while she was sitting down in the break. She is damn lucky I wouldn't have been umpiring, as I would have given her a code violation for dissent, and reported her. Next time she opened here mouth, she would default the match. She was already on probation anyway.

And the others who grunt or scream during points should be punished as well. Their hystrionics are masking the sound of the ball coming off the racquet, and also the line calls. The men can be just as bad, too, so it's not just the women. If the crowd has to be silent during points, then why not the players?

Rod Laver and Margaret Court didn't have to put up with the likes of some of these players.

I can see the political concern that they have about slapping down a black woman in a white dominated sport for having a big mouth.  Someone will shout racism, or stereotyping, or some such bullshit.
