Farewell lunch for my workmate who's leaving on friday, her last day. I'm guessing it will go well into the afternoon. But just an hour before that, a meeting, to discuss work procedures going forward after her departure. She gave notice 3.5 weeks ago. Talk about dealing with things at 5 minutes to midnight ::)

I feel you...lot of that around here.

It's gotten to the point that if someone comes up to me quoting the bible I give them the side eye, look for an exit door, and start feeling nauseous.
