Yeah? No kidding? 

We have to scrub the grout on our tiled kitchen floor every couple of weeks, no matter how careful we are to keep the kitchen floor clean every day.
The collective wisdom says do not wax tile, but I wonder if there is a product that will protect grout a little longer between knee job scrubbings.

I used mould killer on my tiled floor when I first moved in and the grout came up a treat. Just used it in the bathroom on saturday too.
Ignore the stay-at-home-mummy hacks, go straight for the nuclear option.

They do make grout sealant.  I think it's recommended to seal floor grout once per year, but grout that gets scrubbed a lot might need it more often. Though if you're on your hands and knees, I suggest long handled grout brush. I use a canister steamer on mine, but wouldn't recommend a steamer to anyone unless they're like me and have an entire house of tile and grout. I haven't found a single use for the steamer where I think it does a better job than what I'm already doing. While I don't think the steamer is better than scrubbing the grout, I think it's just as good. I have to very move slowly, going over the lines multiple times, so it still also takes as much time as scrubbing. My problem was, I can only scrub for about an hour without my back hurting the next day, so with the steamer I can do the whole house in one day instead of it taking me all week.
