Leave tyhe book shelves where they are.  board over the whole wall and plaster and paint over it.  Pretend the bookcase never existed.  The room may be a bit smaller.

I have to catch the bus and then walk to the car mechanics this afternoon. I'm hoping it won't rain right then. It's pointless taking an umbrella because it will only get blown inside out.

Procrastinating over a presentation I have to deliver in less than a week.

I was driving to work yesterday when my car started making a clunking noise. The driver side shock absorber has come loose or something. I'll be taking my car back to the mechanics this morning. I was meant to drive out to Armadale today, looks like I won't be. Grrrr.

Fricking wasp nest buried under the dead leaves by the side of the house. Tried spraying the opening with that foam stuff but it didn't do any good. Not sure how to root it out or if I'll have to call a service.

So first they made an offer which I reluctantly accepted, then they backtracked and umm'ed and ahh'ed over the house for a week sitting on their bum (they made the offer AFTER they saw the building report). Came back in the picture this week, managed to eke another $5k out of them. They've paid the deposit for some reason. They were supposed to come in to sign the contract today but they didn't bother. What sacks of shit! .
If I could wish for one miracle to would be to receive a higher offer tomorrow. If there's anyone in this world that deserves to get gazumped it's them.
