I started back at the gym on the weekend, both days. Feeling too old, a few sets of moderate weights builds up the strength and the testosterone and makes you feel younger.
One additional upside is that when I'm getting a decent amount of exercise I don't feel the cold at all. I don't feel the cold much anyway, but this morning I was regretting the light jacket I was wearing.
Somehow I've dodged the various flu and cold bugs going around, while everyone around me has suffered (the guy opposite me at work has been really sick 3 times already this winter). I almost came down with something but I popped a couple of Codrals (cold and flu tablet) and it was gone within a day or so.
