There were about 15 people in line at the bank.  I prefer to write a check so I can get the number of different bills I need for my budget envelopes.  I just got out a few bucks from the ATM instead.  I'll go back Monday when hopefully it's less crowded.

We had a good week and then the little dude got sick again, and today I've officially caught it. Ugh. Just a cold, though, not the nightmare stomach monstrosity.

There was an armed robbery at the pub over the fence late last night!

By chance I witnessed the trio of bumbling crims run across the road to their getaway car which was parked directly in front of me on the street. Of course I didn't know they were crims running from a scene at the time, I didn't know till I saw the news this afternoon.
The only reason I saw what I saw was because I heard a little commotion and was checking to see if my car was ok (it wasn't garaged because I needed the garage to throw shit into while I was housecleaning). I'm a very protective car mum.

Now I'm trying to get the courage to call the police and tell them what I saw, because the silly idiots parked in plain view of a CCTV camera on another building.

I went to the station at lunchtime and gave a statement instead. They would have asked me to drop by anyway.

I'm lucky the perps didn't see me otherwise they would have ran over and tomahawked me in the face.
