Fucking christ, my feet have been playing up, plantar fasciitis, with or without calcaneal spur (based on the fact the latter may be present in up to 50% of cases of plantar fasciitis, it would not be unlikely although I'd need X-ray or ultrasound to know for sure) is my best guess based on location.

Just forward of the beginning of the foot arch, on the heel side, as well as some pain in the center of the heel, it feels like having a red-hot nail driven into my heel, usually when I'm resting it, oddly its a lot better when I am walking or standing, but if I put my feet up that can set it off, comes on fairly suddenly, goes fairly quickly after taking all weight off my feet, and all pressure off my heels, although when its actually in the middle of causing pain it REALLY fucking hurts to blazes. Right now, I'm about to go walk upstairs on my toes, and prepare a morphine shot, because this is fucking excruciating, and I need to go work in the lab.

There's currently at least twenty people in the house; maybe more, can't tell. There's twenty two place settings laid out and wondering if it's enough; probably should count people. Arrived back home at 3am today, so it was all arranged and orchestrated without my input. Am currently hiding from everyone for a few minutes; noticed the light on under the boy's bedroom door so he's probably hiding for a bit too. Spaz break.

I’m discovering I’ve lied to myself about who I was for so many years. I’m not one of those aspies who needs breaks from people unless I’m upset or feel rejected. I don’t mind crowds either. I was convinced for years I hated crowds. I was actually saying to my support worker the other day that when I go on the train in rush hour, it’s really quite fine. I actually feel cosy being around all the commuters coming home from London. I like people. That was who I was. I used to go up to all my sister’s friends, and my friends, and hug them all. I’m naturally social. I just suck at social skills that go beyond the initial small talk. I’m realising who I am, at age 30.

Don't mind public crowds much. Crowds are different now than they used to be; they're quiet. Everyone is so disengaged and tapped into their phones, it's like being alone.

Eating makes me hungry. Not eating makes me hungry. Makes more sense not to eat, so I always skip breakfast.

  I usually skip breakfast AND lunch, I try to wait till evening to eat.  Once I start eating, I stay hungry all day.
