My theory is that somebody didn't wash their hands betwen rubbing the gopher and touching the keyboard

Aaargh, my increasing unreasonable  right shoulder is now hurtiimng like mad, just cos i've been sitting here  here typing and moving the mouser about. Earlier, it complained bitterly about me getting a good night's sleep , but I've come to expect that. Then It complaimned even more loudly cos I accixdentally barged into the doorframe (something I do several times a day. Get used to it, shoulder)  Then cos I dropped something and used my right hand to pick it up (like you would, being right handed) . And now it doesn't like me typing. it doesn't even like me walking from one room to another with t5he arm hanging limply at my side, cos my footsteps jolt it a bit.

So WTF can I do, eh? Watch TV for the rest of my life? Grrr.

I jhave no idea, I don't bother going to my doc with problems in my muscles, joints and connective tissues anymore,...norr awith nything else much come to think, cos it's almost certainly just another sympttom of that thing my neurologist can't help with, and i surely understand it better than my doc does by now.

If this goes on, I shall have to see if the NHS can help somehow, though. It's a still getting worse and the pain has spread al;l the way up to my jaw.  Which is really peroplexing. I'd think it was TN, if it were just the pain in the jaw. Oh! and CBD sems to be having no impact whatsoever, never mind how much of it  i vape.  :S.

My shoulder and neck do have an impact on my TN. Massage helps for me. Keeping my neck and shoulders relatively relaxed keeps my TN at a manageable distance. 
My miracle physiotherapist moved to Canada, but others make a difference too.

as for my freaking sghoulder, which escaped onto a different thread for a while, then calmed down. well the pain was back with a vengeance, this morning. A snnstantial amount of CBD(about 100mg mg, i think)  has broughtit down to the point where I could gingerly thread my arm into my coat (to go down the shop)  without more than about 10-or-sp  ouches, and accompanying winces.( I didn't have to change out of my nightgear cos I had the foresight - or wjhatever- to sleep in my clothes). I'm now vapimg the cbd again, with a thick wooolly scarf arounfd my head,  on accoiunt of a crashing heasache, together with the shoulder pain sneakily increasing in intensity again.  *sigh*

WTF found two used condoms under my trailer when I moved it
Must have been the neighbors daughter shes 30ish unemployed  and lives at home with her son  and parks right next to it.  I understand her living situation is awkward for any type of love life but throw them in the fucking garbage yourself.
