  That's because he's VERY ENTHUSIASTIC!  And he REALLY CARES!!!!!!!


   I wonder if he learned that tactic at a sales seminar.  Or maybe his caps lock is stuck.

He might work in another application which requires all caps and doesn't bother turning it off when switching from one task to another. Have some like that at work; current email software notices it and auto-corrects to turn off caps when starting typing, but the previous email didn't so it used to be fairly common to get all cap emails. Could also be a personal thing; husband handwrites in all caps but not email.
