They already gave me part of the refund (they reimbursed me for the cost I incurred fixing their shit), but Chrysler is making them refund me for the full service cost.

But really, no amount of money is a good enough apology for their bullshit gross negligence and lies. The reviews deserve to stay.

When my car broke down Wednesday I was en route to a formal safety review board meeting for a new class of ship that one of my systems is getting installed on in January. A guy from that program office asked his safety lead, my colleague, if I was there and he told him I didn't make it because my car broke down...an absolute FACT! The program office guy responded, "I guess that is a plausable excuse!" I wasn't on distribution for this e-mail chain, but my colleague responded to the e-mail and added me with the results of the safety review. I happened to read the e-mail chain and saw this. I was pissed, because the only reason to phrase it that way is because you have doubts. This guy doesn't know me and probably didn't expect me to ever see what he said.
