Neighbors across the street from us, decide to have a party outside.  At 2 am their loud talk and laughing and yelling wake me up and this goes on till 5 am, when it finally subsides!   I won't say what violent fantasies went thru my mind!    :CanofWorms:

Bitching with drunks doesn't work very well.  But, I like your second idea, if only I could figure out how!!!     :apondering:  :mischief:    However, I have the local cops number in my cell phone and it will be speed dialed if they ever do that again!    >:(

I was wondering if the "neighbors"  were gearing up again.   Revving engines revving for some time, but, finally settled down.  Sleep
