My 25 yr old beautiful Bradford Pear tree that my mother and I planted as a twig years ago split in two today just as it was starting to bloom. It did not hit the house, and it did not even block the driveway when the one half fell...but I am still  :'(.

It doesn't look like it can be saved.

I really loved that tree.

You could try grafting some onto a new tree to see if it takes you have nothing to lose

Speaking of trees, I have recovered the three oak sprouts I was trying to plant somewhere else, but then didn't. Trying to revive them...once I do, I will plant them on the hill in our back yard (above the river).

Feel better dude. Try ginger tea with turmeric and honey. The turmeric might help prevent any sinus infections from setting in.

Odeon, just remembered, there was this kid I knew with really bad allergies who used to take a spoonful of hot water with apple cider vinegar (tea like) & honey every morning. I dunno how effective it is, but it might help a bit.

Allergies. :GA:

Wash your hair every night, change your pillow case every day or three.  Wear a jacket and cap when out and take them off when you get inside.  Wipe your hands, face and glasses whenever you come inside.  That helps the pollen from staying on your body and your body reacting to it.

That sounds absolutely foul... Ginger tea with honey is really good and I even had some today because I was feeling congested, but adding turmeric?  :zombiefuck:

It's pungent, but works....especially if you add lots of honey for taste :P
