Figured out why,  there was some vandalism down the street last night which included setting a couple cars on fire and  whenever the fire department uses the hydrants near by the water gets all silty

A couple weeks ago we had someone   kill their neighbor then go home climb up on the roof and kill them self and a month ago there was a murder at the high school over a prom rejection those were snaps this was just stupid kids.
