Defrosting poo is the worst part of spring happening. Al those odours getting released at once.

I want to put my bookshelf back together but the movers took out the pegs which were holding up the shelves, and I don't know what they did with them.

The logical thing would be to put them in a baggie and tape them to the back of the bookshelf.

Movers are never logical though.

Especially not these ones. The guys on the receiving end were good, but the guys on the packing end were pretty careless, and made some nonsensical choices... like taking things out of their original packing and putting them into another box, and the empty original packing in the first box. Or upending baskets of miscellaneous stuff into a box without any padding, then putting the basket somewhere else.

I am not going to get a car from my parents like they promised. They don't have the money. Apparently they offered me one when they sold their house. And I said no. Why the fuck would I do that? Must have been crazy. I had always had the impression I would get a car once their new house was built. So that is why I asked yesterday.

Vaguely I recall you posting something about how they were not able to give you a car because they were needing the money. Maybe you can find in your posts what it was.
