I just took my pill and it kinda melted in my moth

tastes like what I assume ass tastes like :(

Has the landlord just sold it? Or has he only put it on the market to sell? You shouldn't get 30 days notice to vacate until contracts are exchanged, and they should at least put you on a month-by-month lease until that happens. Seems silly to want the house vacant now and not earn rent off it, in case the property sits unsold on the market for months.


It's a fucking pig of a selling market atm too. Here's hoping it sits on the market for months and he resorts to reducing the price by $'000's :hahaha: (like the previous owners of my house had to do).

And there's hoping it gets sold with existing tenancies so you get to stay :)
