Isn't Civil Procedure really manners?
It's the rules surrounding bringing civil litigation. Service of process, jurisdiction, venue, pleadings, defenses, discovery, trial motions, judgments, etc.
And we know you're pretty rank.
And you call the one with the lowest GPA/rank Esquire don't you?
Usually we call them drop-outs, but if you mean the bottom ten percent of graduates, we call them terribly unfortunate. The US is suffering from a glut of lawyers right now as the economic crash hurt the legal industry quite a bit. The bottom 50% of any given class will probably never attain a job in the legal field despite 6 figures of student loan debt. It's quite a gamble.
What would you do with your 10%? Just Lutra-type questions because I'm out of sorts.
