Just an advice.

Don't go on your own there or with someone who's not that good with computers (technology-wise or business-wise).

I know from personal experience, computer business people tend to bullshit their customers at times for a bit of extra money and such.

^I will wait until GA gets back and go with her - she is a computer techie. My computer is still under warranty and I have proof of all that right here. Will do it when I go back to uni though as I don't think I can bear being totally without access to a computer, heh.

Will also clear browser history and cache, etc. Don't want them seeing I have been looking at incest porn, etc. :D

Do your sister and nephew live with you, or are they just occasional visitors? 

This is just a suggestion, but maybe you should try modeling to your nephew how you want him to behave by speaking kindly and calmly to him and paying attention to him when he behaves appropriately, then walking away from him and completely ignoring him when he behaves inappropriately instead of giving him any negative attention for it by berating him.  Tell his mother (or yours, if his mother isn't there or refuses to deal with it when you do tell her) when he hits you and have her deal with it.

I tried to find "How to deal with an Obnoxious Nephew," but all I could find was this video, which seems more geared to parents:

I have lots of strange scars mostly from work I think that one was from getting caught on a nail.

This emergency laptop I use after the black screen of death the computer gave me last week is terribly slow. I hates it.

youtube is removing all the english anime fansubs (probably because of SOPA). so now i have to wrap my brain around the spanish and german ones and patch the rest in with my limited knowledge of japanese.  i haven't used german in years so in those i am missing about 1/3 of what is going on.

why only the english subs???
