I'm expecting a parcel.
Due to be here last Saturday. It does have a tracking bar-code.
Since Saturday somewhere in the morning, it says that the parcel never arrived at the local depot, it probably got lost because of a sorting mistake.
In the meantime, it is more than two days later, and the result the tracking comes up with, it still exactly the same. I've filed two, friendly worded, complaints, but only got a copy of the proof that I have actually paid for the contents as an answer.......
Will give them till tomorrow. Then I'll email again. They have a very costly complaints number. 40ct a minute
