The kids across the driveway were kicking a ball hitting my garage door and front windows.
I may have gone out and verbally abused them from my balcony.
We'll see what tomorrow brings if I get some stupid complaint about my behaviour. Nevermind that they almost broke my window.
So glad to be out of this and moving into a smaller complex full of old people.

I used to have neighbours like you have. Bloody kids scratched my car and set its alarm going regularly. Also tried to terrorise Liam the cat. They used to come outside and watch while we carried groceries from the car to the house. Once they had visitors that parked their car in my spot. So I parked my car on the verge in front of my house. When the visitors had gone, I went to move my car only to find I got a council fine of $50. My block has No Parking on my side of the road. Dang.

Those neighbours moved, thankfully. Now we have an old guy with schizophrenia next door. He's been no trouble. The other two neighbours are old also. Old people generally make good neighbours.

Yes hopefully they're nice and relaxed kinda people who are over that sort of petty neighbour business.
I did the strata record inspection myself and the correspondence file was practically empty; that's what happens with old people who don't know how to email
I just hope they don't mind cold V8 starts in the mornings and car washing on the driveway.

Crush boi says he's leaving at xmas time if the partners don't find an extra new employee to take the pressure off him.
One of the partners is also trying to sell back his practice share and leave, but I don't think the other two can get the money to buy it.

There's this utter idiot working for a very large household-name company we're partners with, and I keep wondering who ties her shoelaces in the morning. I've had the misfortune to having to rely on her to fix a login to one of their systems that I apparently need, and she just doesn't know what the fuck she is doing. There's no logic, no analytical streak, no asking her colleagues, there's just helplessness and shots in the dark.

I've now started invoicing my client 30 minutes for every interaction I have with her.

The second shot has been shown to have more side effects than the first.  My arm was sore after the second as well.  It should fade after a few days.  That ulcer in your throat is more concerning to me.  Has it been checked out?

Had an allergic reaction to both shots, swelling and an intense deep itch for a few days. The first was a delayed reaction which started about two weeks afterwards, but the second started the next day.

It's gradually getting better. I've been gargling salt water (yuck) and Listerine. At first I could barely eat or drink but I'm all right with that now.

I haven't had an ulcer for years let alone one in my throat. Weird.
