When we lived in Kenner in the 60's the land was reclaimed/drained swamp land.  Great for growing things, but occasionally an underground fire would start and we would have smoke for days.  Thank heavens it wasn't too bad and we had central air conditioning so some of the smoke was filtered out.

We tried 4 different ones with my son until we hit on one by Optimum Nutrition for body builders (Pro Gainer Weight Gainer Protein Powder) it mixed the best and didn't taste chalky.

My son is a very picky eater and also has stomach issues, so weight gain is struggle.

Just took a tumble on the driveway while taking out the garbage. Result is one moderately sprained wrist, one slightly sprained wrist, scraped palms and a very, very sore left knee, which is my bad knee. I'm sure I was a sight trying to get up with only one limb.

Muscle rub, anti inflammatory and antibiotic cream.  The PR is a good nurse.  Knee is a whole lot better than I thought it would be.  Left hand is swollen (took off my rings) and painful, but not broken.  The right hand is pretty good.
