Oh christ, I am going to be relieved when I pick up my med refill this morning, couldn't sleep tonight, and sunk about two liters of dark rum to sooth a rather frazzled feeling, as my adrenal supressants and pain meds are about worn off. I feel like ten tons of arse right now.  Just about bad enough to hide it behind getting even more pished.

also, still out collecting mushrooms?

Ive changed / improved my diet quite a bit to help with health and its interesting thinking about how the chemical properties of things affect our body, mind, and health.
