My hyper meds make me jittery, for some reason. Odd, I don't usually get that reaction at all.

Have you eaten enough? Sometimes meds like that have stronger side effects if you haven't eaten or eaten enough. They do that to me.

Yes, could be, but I've never slept well.

I will not take Ritalin when too tired or too stressed. Hate the effect it then has. When just tired, or just stressed, and with the brain busy all over the place, Ritalin works well for me. When too tired or too stressed it works counterproductive, jittery in body and mind.

Thanks. I slept poorly last night and will avoid Ritalin today.
