You're free to post such "offensive" picture on your own profile. Regardless of her faith, she should have no say in what you yourself post on your own profile.

Faith by others is not something one should give such high reverence to.

And yeah, I know that I have the right to post what I like, and in an ideal world I would and people would just deal with it, but this is the unideal version of reality, the one containing people who may have qualities that annoy me, but who have enough good qualities to make me try to keep the peace with them.
It's not like I'm not posting, anyway; I'm just hiding things from her.
