Perhaps it was the humans who were out of sync with you. It is hard for them to understand the ways in which we react to things. 

So while they're going like this:

And, being in the minority, the burden of integrating into human society is shouldered by us.  If we finally catch on to what they mean by looking like  when we go  , we go  because we've fucked up yet again.

I have huge bags of fresh tomatoes, carrots, sweet peppers, cucumbers and hot peppers just picked from my garden, today.

When my local merchant opens his store,  I am going to take about a third of them to him for his table or his kitchen or to sell from his shelves if he wants.

I am just pleased that a small time individual person can still run a store these days. Instead of offering him a tip or a gratuity, I keep on thanking him for his store by showing him the best appreciation I can.

I just think it is amazing that I can still walk to a local store and buy bread or milk or ketchup or mayo or spices or ...   ...   ...     Just do not tell anyone I know.

I want his store to live forever!

^ Your posts makes me think that I will be without a local bakery within five years. No one will take over that shop, after the man who runs it now will retire. Alas. Shops like his are a need in a small village.

We'll still have some other shops, that is, if people will keep buying things in their own place, instead of all racing off to the bigger and cheaper shops in nearby towns.

I agree. that does sound wonderful, I have started to eat healthy as well. I make my own food now instead of buying food already made

I just hope that your world has not gone totally advertisement crazy.  I love this guy and his family because he is doing this the right way, not just sucking up and selling out to the big name grocers.

Thinking about my daughter. She's going away on an figure skating training camp for eight days. I miss her already. It's great that they grow up and leave the nest, a privilege to be a part of the process, but horrible and worrying and awful at the same time.

My garden grows way more than we can eat. I always like to watch when I offer random people fresh bounty for no gain. 

Actually, that is not true ... I gain from the growing of fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoying watching how my tiny patch of productive soil gets better every year and also from the sharing. While I am not all that religious, I DO believe in my own interpretation of some of what a balance of kharma can bring to us.

I have my needs well met and enough left over to make a few others smile.
