Glad to have got a few hours sleep, although I awoke suddenly several times, bolt upright from a reclining position, Twitching, myoclonus, although not even close to a full blown myoclonic seizure.

And my paralyzed left hand/forearm is hurting.

I must be acclimated to this climate. It's odd that I am finding 45 degrees F (around 7 C) actually cold.
