Would it be creepy to invite the random guy I met and facebooked yesterday to a thing I'm doing that he may also be interested in, or would it be welcome?
Is this thing that you're doing in your pants?
What?
EDIT: Ohhhhhhhhh. No, no of course it's not, but
for amusing wordplay. I am slow this morning.

Ask yourself what Eris would do and then do the opposite?
Eris would probably
like this kid (except he's too high-functioning- has a job and a car); turns out he's too young for me to want to want to date, but might be a cool guy (and might have older friends) and I was primarily hunting him for a friend who thought he was cute (she'll add him too when she wakes up and gets on facebook, I bet). It turns out one of the primary interests he has on facebook is something I'm starting to get into a little and keep trying to get friends to come do with me (less exciting than it sounds, lol), so it makes sense in my head to say "Hey would you like an invite when I'm trying to get a group together for this?"
He was kinda sorta chatting
me up first, which was what made me feel like it was OK to ask what his last name was right before I left (for the obvious purpose of cyberstalking him and maintaining contact). The friend I was hunting him for said the look on his face was
priceless, lol.
