Where have you been the last 2 years?
Went through a layoff of my old postal plant in York Pennsylvania, went fucking depressed for the month of November, was employed at the West York postal annex from December 2009 to June 2010, was pissed off with myself not finding work, got kicked out of the house, stayed at friends places for a few weeks before moving to someones house from August 2010 to March 2011. Discovered Four Loko, Right Winged Christians who worship AnnRaynd, women with drug problems, Amazon.com is a nightmare for a working class individual, and people who are contempt with their shitty existence. At least I got my old job back (sorting mail in machines) after a Christmas stint in the Lancaster processing plant. Sadly, it was in Harrisburg. I moved in with one smoker who had a criminal past (I did not even wanted to know what he did) which invited another dude with a criminal past to move in and smoked self rolled Menthol cigarets. All I wanted is to be mega close to work. Eventually on May 2011, I moved out again to Walnut St Harrisburg in a bording house. I had all of the cable internet I wanted but I did not have an access to a kitchen outside of a microwave and had to share 3 bathrooms. The owner of the house also ran a strip club joint but at least the landlord was cool with me.
This journey cost my life savings but going back it is worth it showing that I can live on my own with minimal supervision.
Eventually I took the postal exam, got the union job, paid off my credit card debt (due to someone wrecking my car and it being totaled), drive a 2012 Elantra, and staying in Middletown PA until I find another place by December (current landlord putting the house for sale in December).
At least I protested in Washington DC on November 2010 against Autism Speaks. Now that was a life changing event!
