Yeah, he would have. I was just trying to simplify it. ;)

Nothing like working in the candy aisle at walmart on the Saturday before Easter to see humanity in all it's glory.......I think I discovered another level of Dante's Inferno...or at least a sub level.... :grrr:

I am thinking I want another bottle of beer but my Dad won't run to it.

Thinking this doesn't parse.

My home loan wasn't debited as usual on Friday due to the public holiday. I wonder if will be debited tomorrow instead.
So weird. I've never noticed what happens when repayments fall on a public holiday :orly:

Most likely to be debited on the next business day.

Not as annoying as Centrelink - last year at Christmas they paid us 6 days early. That's not good because the subsequent payment seemed really far away and we were totally broke before we got paid again.

That's one of the adjustments folks who retire face.  A monthly check and the loooooooooooooong time before the next check.

I wouldn't like to be paid monthly. Fortnightly is bad enough. Kayleigh said she'd like to be paid monthly but i know she'd spend it all within two days.

I get paid monthly. It's a reasonable amount but there are 4 of us living off the one income. Fill up the freezer and pay any due bills at the start of the month. Then watch the rest dwindle away. With a bit of luck a little carries over.

Thinking about the two naive idiots I had to share the train bistro with. Thinking there's not enough beer in the world.
