Especially in the volcano books collection. Gathering dust, unread, they need a good home. And I need to continue to declutter. One is a coffee table book about volcanoes, an easy read and will go to a wonderful charity centered thrift shop, and the other book is an antique and will also go there. I am feeling the desire to cut down on my possessions. Maybe the impending death of my dear friend is making me rethink my priorities and be more inclined to let stuff go.I've slowly been doing the same. I downloaded a few books on de-cluttering on a whim...most were just pure boredom between two covers...a couple though took hold....one was actually a very enjoyable read.I've seen a few books about decluttering in the book store. I also think my age, 64, has a lot to do with it, multiple moves in a few years also factors into that. And we'll be moving again someday, it's time.

One life beginning and another ending does not close a circle. Sorry. You choose to see it as a platitude, but I was not using it as a platitude. No sense in arguing over it though. No, you're right. We could duel at noon instead. Bloody hell, I'd be screwed. I have terrible aim. I volunteer as tribute! I still have my paper target from 2010 with one hole through the face, and a bunch right through the center of the chest area. It'll be fun! Done. I'll take you up on that offer
