Thanks. :)

I am quite confused now... gopher and jack are the same person ?
That's correct. Once made a thread explaining it a lot more, but later spazzed and deleted it. Have found myself regretting doing that, due to situations like this of having to explain it again.

Thinking that this thread is unfortunate, sometimes.

7am is not an appropriate time to be going to bed. Must change it. Why is this routine so hard to get out of.

Because the world is a peaceful, beautiful place sometimes when everyone else is sleeping.

This is true. I have always seemed to have more energy from the afternoon onwards as well.

i agree with all this :)

still, 7.am rise is a damned sight more convenient for many purposes

Did a rise two hours before the rest of the family for a while. Was even nicer than a really late tucking in, because of having had a good night sleep before.

Waking while the world is still hidden in the dark. Maybe I should get myself back to a bit of that routine. But with a daughter waking at 5:30 that is a bit hard.

Just fucking cold.

Took our dog out about ten minutes ago. My deck thermo/baro/hygro unit shows negative seven degrees Fahrenheit.

Did I mention we just got a dog?

Should this be in the "what would you say in five words if you wake up naked next to ... " thread?

Okay, this makes more sense now.

Thanks :)

Thanks :)

It was perfect timing to drag it up again. I got overwhelmed by the subject and almost shut the whole thing down, just only a day or two before Walkie brought it up. Instead I've just decided to stay and make a change to amplify my angst.  :-[

What if ISIS buys up all the military surplus gear I want??  :(
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Forget practicality, or your experience....can you just....imagine?

It's there. It always was.

Is there a surplus dealer near by; remembering they have lots of great stuff. Haven't been to one in years though.
