Coming up on some pod tea, and wondering who the fuck wrote a song, by the title 'snow fell'
I've heard two versions of it, one by prussian blue, one by skrewdriver. Prussian blue certainly didn't write it, they can't have, seeing how the two (former) singers were in their very young teens at the time, and skrewdriver are/were all grizzled old shitheads.
Its just I can't see skrewdriver writing it, as its one of about 3 decent songs they ever recorded, the band blows, their politics suck, and a few of their members/ex members probably swallow for good measure. Its all white power skinhead punk/rock and not very GOOD white power skinhead punk rock at that, for the most part, their vocalist has a singing voice like a bag of half starved cats being given a red hot, acidic weasel enema.
But whoever wrote the track in the first place seems to have some talent for it at least, something I wouldn't expect from skrewdriver's lead, if he were tied to a post and told the alternative would be getting flayed to within a picometer of dying, with a sock full of his own frozen shit.
