I just realized that I dislike peas because they seem to have skins which give them
an unpleasant texture between the teeth.  If they could be  peeled  I might like them.   :apondering:

Split peas can be used, but, they tend to change into a mass, when cooked.

Is it something you do while you work?

Some do, I hear. Lots of people are said to do it after work, with the people they work with.  :zombiefuck:

Some people seem to be able to do things beside working, eating, and trying to sleep.

I don't like peas either.

I am thinking about the person who contacted me via Facebook recently. He is someone I used to work with and had a crush on. Apparently he even contacted police trying to locate me but they were no help. He hasn't married but has had two kids. He wants to meet up with me sometime but I don't know if I should.

Is contacting police to find someone a thing that is part of Australian normal behaviour?

If not, I would stay clear of him, he looks too desperate for contact.

I have heard of it being done before, just never thought it would be done for me. The police wouldn't give out information because of privacy laws or something.

This person I speak of and I got along very well years ago. I last saw him shortly before I got married and I thought he no longer wanted contact after that and so left him alone. I honestly don't know why he is contacting me now.

Mushy peas are fine with me, much better than chewing the skins!

Still sounds a mite creepy.  :/
